Japanese Matcha Green Tea Frosting and Dip

Ingredients: 
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 1 T meringue powder
  • 3 T matcha green tea powder
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions: 
  1. Beat the whipping cream until frothy.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients until stiff peaks appear.
  3. Decorate cakes with desired tips or simply dip in with cookies!
