Palette Touchdown!
Glutino's Gluten-Free Honey Mustard Pretzels
& The Ninja Baker's Miso-Mayo Dip
Taut as a high wire act, tensions run high at Super Bowl Sunday parties. Both Broncos and Panthers fans are praying for historic wins.
Broncos' Colorado Cowboy Trail Mix Dip Dances with Glutino's Big Pretzels:
Gluten-Free and an MVP of the Super Bowl snack-time!
Broncos’ quarterback, Peyton Manning could be history’s oldest Super Bowl winner. The football star is familiar with the Super Bowl scene. (He’s appeared with the Colts and the Broncos.) So, Bronco fans will undoubtedly be crossing their toes and fingers that Super Bowl 50 will produce the coveted win.
The Panthers and their fans are also hungry for the Vince Lombardi trophy. The Super Bowl win has consistently eluded the Panthers. However, with Panthers quarterback, Cam Newton stalking the trophy, the curse of never winning a Super Bowl might turn around this Sunday….Cam Newton is a 26-year-old sapling compared to Peyton Manning’s dinosaur age of 39!
Panthers are stalking the Vince Lombardi trophy.
Super Bowl party fingers will stalk the blue-and-white dip and

Impressed with this Tokyo-raised lady’s knowledge of football? I’m happy to share the source of my fun facts. Click here. Limited as my knowledge of football may be, I am Super Bowl snack tray savvy. I easily score touchdowns at half-time with the husband; thanks to Glutino's
gluten-free pretzels, tortilla dippers, bagel chips and animal crackers. (Betting is not my thing. But I bet no one would notice any difference between Glutino's gluten-free pretzels and "regular" pretzels.)
My super easy dips are pretty darn delicious, too. Glutino's Honey Mustard Pretzels are sensational company for the Ninja Baker's Japanese Miso-Mayo Dip. Warning: Willpower may be required to stop dipping the mustardy gluten-free pretzels into the Japanese Miso-Mayo Dip. The sweet mayo paired with the slightly salty miso complimented by the mustardy gluten-free pretzels is divine! Ready for the heavenly recipe? Equal parts of Japanese "awase" miso and Japanese (if possible) mayonnaise. (Awase miso refers to a mix of red and white miso.)

If Japanese miso is too exotic for your taste buds, no problem. This former Girl Scout has hiked up many Colorado mountain trails and learned the importance of trail mix. So, for Super Bowl Sunday, I concocted a Broncos' Colorado Cowboy Trail Mix Dip. The 3 ingredients are probably front and center in your pantry. Here's the how-to: Sprinkle scoops of peanut butter (or almond butter) with granola and hard shell chocolate candies. Glutino's gluten-free Big Pretzels are the perfect accompaniment to the Broncos' Colorado Cowboy Trail Mix Dip. Each bite is a blissful combo of crunch and smooth, sweet and salty.
The Broncos' Colorado Cowboy Trail Mix:
More game watching time, less time in the kitchen.
My Panthers' Blue 'n White Dip is as easy as the Ninja Baker's Japanese Miso-Mayo Dip and the Broncos' Colorado Cowboy Trail Mix Dip. To pay tribute to the Panthers' blue and white uniform, I piled organic blueberries atop cream cheese. For dipping I brought out Glutino's Gluten-Free Animal Crackers. Personally, I like the sweet cookie taste with the fresh fruit and tangy cream cheese. But for more sophisticated grownup palates, I also brought out Glutino's Bagel Crisps. Did you know that winners of the Super Bowl have always been dressed in white? Here's the source of my info.

Another Super Bowl Fun Fact: Advertisers are coughing up $5 million dollars for 30 second TV commercials.
Last fun fact: All 3 of the Ninja Baker's Dips are good for you and perfectly with any Glutino pretzel, chip, cookie or cracker!
Wishing you many winning moments and reasons to celebrate.
